The SESAM Board provides strategic leadership and oversees all aspects of the Society’s planning, governance, budget, and operational delivery, in line with our bylaws (Article 5.6). The Board meets monthly, with decisions recorded and approved by majority vote to ensure transparency and accountability.
As outlined in our bylaws (Article 4.2), the elected Board is composed of up to seven members who hold the legal responsibility for guiding the Society and safeguarding its mission.

Our Executive Director provides operational leadership and ensures seamless administrative coordination to support SESAM’s strategic priorities and day to day activities.
